Unable to reinstall AutoCAD due to Licensing Error

after my autocad have been freezing my unit, i have uninstalled. i cant really reinstall it due to error of licensing

Hi @Anonymous,

Licensing errors can be a few things, narrowing down the error will make this easier to solve.

What error are you getting? Do you have an error code?

Can you upload a screenshot and/or logs?

Can you tell us what version of AutoCAD?

Also, the freezing .. is that after you had it installed or during the installation?
