website will not allow me to download my software

Steps to reproduce
I have an indie license for maya. I am unable to run or download the new version or last year's despite the fact that I have an active subscription.

Expected results
maya runs

Actual results
maya refuse to run, website refuses to allow download of new version

Is it showing in your account?

If so, try a different browser / check the firewall - antivirus making sure it's off
