Serial Number

I managed to install Revit 2020 on my device but it was asking for the Serial number so i looked it up on the All Products and Services on my Autodesk account but the system that I just installed is nowhere to be found which prevents me from accessing Revit. How can I solve this?

Differetn possibilities

It might be that Revit is part of an AEC collection,

Then you should choose the "View Items" button to see what is part of the collection

Check with your IT department if they have given you a license

If you know you should have one then create a support ticket in your account so that Autodesk can check

AutoCAD 2024 serial number???
