Issue activating AutoCad LT 2021

I am having trouble with the license activation on a new PC. I logged in to the AutoDesk portal and downloaded AutoCad LT 2021 from the products menu. However, when I log in with my AutoDesk account or enter my serial number, it says that my free trial has expired. When I look at my contract details, it says that my contract has 12 seats and does not expire until March 2021.

Hello @Anonymous,

Please sign into your Autodesk Account, install the latest Autodesk Licensing Service Update & Single Sign On Component (2020 & up). Then restart the computer and follow the instructions for signing in or entering a serial number.

If the issue persists continue on to option 2 (Windows) or (Mac).
