When trying to install Revit 2021 the install goes smoothly until it tries to install Autodesk Cloud Models for Revit 2021. It throws the error "Could not access network location \" (attached is a screenshot). Looking through the log files it does indeed error out at the end trying to access "\" (log file attached). Could anyone explain to me where the install is pulling the path "\" from or what the installer is supposed to be looking for?

Unfortunately that didn't solve the issue. The registry entries in step 1 were fine, it's a freshly imaged computer so there's no previous install remnants for step 2, and there is no folder redirection for step 3.

Looks like you call the msi from "system" user and the environment of this user is not "full available".

Can you please check what's the value of LOCALAPPDATA for this user ?

regards

Putting %LOCALAPPDATA% into file explorer brings me to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local. Administrator is the local admin account on the computer.

Okay and have you verified that this folder exists and you have write access ?

Whoops sorry I forgot to update this. The account being used to run the installer was different than the actually account logged into the machine. Since the account used for the installer wasn't technically logged in it had no C:\Users folder. Logging in with that account to ensure it had a C:\Users folder resolved the issue.
