    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am a college student who is in need of Autodesk's Maya software for a class I am taking that is focused on teaching the basics of Maya and its tools. I am not aware if Autodesk has been receiving a high volume of requests lately, but if there are any staff members on here that can help me, that would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3803730"&gt;@bradprin&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is fixable, you just have to reach out to educational support as Natasha has indicated above, there's nothing we as members can do to speed this along - we just have to wait for the Autodesk Export Compliance team to decide.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I did. I was able to reach out to an agent and immediately get feedback via live chat in customer support, but sometimes they are unavailable, so I would check as often as I could to see when one is available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
