I am a student and I was downloading AutoCad 2020. The installation was successful but for some reason, I was never given a serial number and product key to activate and this always given through my login email. So ended up using the single user with login account.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P><span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="student-sn.png" style="width: 400px;"><img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/826827iFDF9BA9AF29D3CE8/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;px=400" role="button" title="student-sn.png" alt="student-sn.png" /></span></P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>According to AVA I am supposed to get something like this when I download and actually that was always how I downloaded my programs. I don't know if AVA is outdated because even on my "Manage products and download" I should see all my recent download with its serial number and product key, but in fact all I see is my 2019 versions. All my 2020 products do not appear on the list.
