I did not receive any license email, serial number, or product key.

Hi. I have student access thanks to my college. I already got verified and now all the products are available to me. I tried installing Autocad (2019), however I could not activate it because I didn't receive any email regarding any serial number or product key. I checked my Autodesk profile, they're not there either. Autocad was not even listed as one of my purchased/installed products in my profile. I'd really appreciate the help.

Did you request AutoCAD from here: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview?

Student software must be manually requested for access to be given.

Secondly - Most if not all products do not come with a serial number now, instead you sign in to Activate - however you should still get an email informing you that the software has been added to your account.
