Installation Error with AutoCAD 2021

Hello,

I have been trying to install AutoCAD 2021. However i get this error as soon as the installation begins. i'm not sure how to even type this in, so i have attached the error as a screen shot below. Please help me out as to figuring where the problem lies and how it can be resolved.
