Switching from startup license to hobbyist/personal license

Not able to change from start up hobbyist to personal license. Followed links instructions and no results. I need some help here. I only have 16 days of subscription left and have been wasting many hours trying to get this resolved to no avail. Unlike other forums I can't even figure out how to find my posts here.

Once your license has expired you should then be able to request Fusion 360 personal from: https://www.autodesk.co.uk/products/fusion-360/personal

How do I make sure I don't lose all my files?
