Problem activating after uninstall and reinstall

I was having issues with Autodesk so I decided to uninstall then I tried to reinstall and activate but was getting error messages ADLSDK_STAUS_AUTH_PENDING i then decided to do a full factory reset of my computer.

Now after installing using the download now section of my subscription. the following occurs when I run the applications.

1. I get a popup that states the trial version is no longer available - There is a link in the bottom right corner that says " already have a licence" I click this. NOTE- my user name is displayed at the top right corner of the software

2. the Popup with lets get started appears - I click on switch user.

3. I then signout and Quit and after this i get the error message

" The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. AutoCAD will shut down now

ADLSDK_STATUS_AUTH_PENDING"

4. I then restart application it asks me to sign in which I do and the whole process starts over again.
