Where can I access 3dsmax version 2018 downloads including the service packs?

If you have a Subscription. It should be on your Account Management page.

Hi Allen, Yes I do have subscription but since 2022 came out, the oldest version that is now showing is 2019. So there is no access to the 2018 downloads and the 2018 updates.

That seems to follow the older previous version format of the current version plus 3 versions back. It's now been expanded to 5 versions back. Maybe something here might help.

You can download old AD releases in AVA (I don't know about updates, since they're not available for your account)

So the AVA gives me access to download 2018 and even 2017, but I can't find service packs, maybe i'm missing some other way to update? is there a way to update 2018 to sp4 from inside the application? without finding the installer?

Even though you don't see 2018 on your Account page. If you dig deep enough the update should be there. Expand the 3ds Max item. Select "View all product versions".

Once that opens. Switch to the Updates and Add-ons tab. Filter for 3ds Max and you should see your update.

Thanks for checking, but still on my side I only see 2019 and up, even after opening everything you've shown. could this be a subscription type issue?

Under 3dsmax where you have 2022 listed until 2018, I only have 2019 showing up.

I suppose so. But I thought the increase to 5 back was good for all Subscription customers. I presume you had either Maintenance for 2018.

Can you contact your reseller about this?

ONLY the 3 prior will show in the account manager for the other 2 you need to get it from AVA

Interesting. The new Autodesk Sign-in Licenses kicked in today. I can no longer see the 2018 updates.
