Here is the expert from the Terms of Use for Single-User License:
"You may administratively reassign Your single-user subscription from one individual Authorized User to another individual Authorized User if You follow and complete Autodesk’s policy and process for reassignment. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that each individual Authorized User has a unique Autodesk ID, and that the single-user subscription is assigned to the Autodesk ID for the individual Authorized User who is actually accessing and using the subscription."

I'm looking for the policy that I have put in bold above.

Update: I contacted live chat and they didn't have this policy available to them. They said they would check with their superior's and send me an email.

The intent of my question here is to understand if there is any limit on how often you can reasign users and if there are any other limits. None of this information was aviable to the chat agent.

as far as how many times you can assign/resign there is no limit

Thanks Darren, I do see that have a note that reads:

"Note: You can reassign and unassign products and services as often as you need."

So you're right about that.

I just want to make sure I fully understand their Terms of Agreement and this seems to be a gray area as I can't find their "Policy and Process".
