"Error 11" when installing inventor

Hello dear community,

I'm trying to install Autodesk Inventor (I tested 2025 and 2023) on my computer, but I keep getting an "error 11" message. I've searched everywhere but can't find any information on what this error means or how to fix it.

Has anyone here encountered this error before or knows what might be causing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jonathan, hi Johnson,

First of all, thank you for your help. I suspect that the problem lies in the company's internal guidelines, which interfere in some way with the communication required for licensing. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly yet, as I'm still looking for the exact meaning of ‘Error 11’.

I'll keep you posted if I find more information here.
