    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Steps to reproduce&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am a secondary admin for National Highways and am trying to access this web address &lt;A href="https://manage.autodesk.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://manage.autodesk.com/&lt;/A&gt; but I keep getting This site cant be reached.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe it is being blocked by some sort of proxy server on your network?&amp;nbsp; You could try it on your phone using your cell provider (and not the same wifi that you are on.)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last week, there was an outage reported and users couldn't access it for about 24 hours. It didn't affect everyone. There was a notice on the healthboard:&lt;/P&gt;
