&lt;P&gt;I do see that you have a case open&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;17597332 and the agent has corrected the issue so that the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:AutodeskManagement@athertonshs.eq.edu.au" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;AutodeskManagement@a_________au&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;email now offers the "Deploy without network server".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I now have 2 accounts with Autodesk…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="AutodeskManagementSG6D5_0-1619753800698.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/913588i9D74FFAC6A832777/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="AutodeskManagementSG6D5_0-1619753800698.png" alt="AutodeskManagementSG6D5_0-1619753800698.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:AutodeskLicencing@athertonshs.eq.edu.au" target="_blank"&gt;AutodeskLicencing@athertonshs.eq.edu.au&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:autodeskmanagement@athertonshs.eq.edu.au" target="_blank"&gt;autodeskmanagement@athertonshs.eq.edu.au&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that I can sign into.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:AutodeskLicencing@athertonshs.eq.edu.au" target="_blank"&gt;AutodeskLicencing@athertonshs.eq.edu.au&lt;/A&gt; is the first account I created, that &lt;STRONG&gt;DOES NOT HAVE&lt;/STRONG&gt; a “School: Deploy without Network Support” license because I accidentally selected the wrong option which apparently &lt;STRONG&gt;CANNOT BE CHANGED.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Being an IT specialist I find this HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was informed that I needed to create another account which I did,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="AutodeskManagementSG6D5_1-1619753800705.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/913590iB57F98A40CB50BF1/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="AutodeskManagementSG6D5_1-1619753800705.png" alt="AutodeskManagementSG6D5_1-1619753800705.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:autodeskmanagement@athertonshs.eq.edu.au" target="_blank"&gt;autodeskmanagement@athertonshs.eq.edu.au&lt;/A&gt; is the second account I created, however after submitting my documentation for verification of my Educational status,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Autodesk AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED LICENSING TO THIS NEW ACCOUNT before I logged back into the account after receiving verification success notification via email.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don’t know what else to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t believe how much difficulty I am having with Autodesk over a simple miss click.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When all I want is this,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="AutodeskManagementSG6D5_2-1619753800706.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/913589iF174FFE2A74F2469/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="AutodeskManagementSG6D5_2-1619753800706.png" alt="AutodeskManagementSG6D5_2-1619753800706.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In a world saturated with tech, it seems almost impossible to get anything done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Autodesk Case: 17726422 seems like a lost cause and I don’t real have any hope that your support staff know what they are doing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now going to go to forums and other forms of social media in an effort to solve/display my problem as there are far too many people relying on me to overcome this issue, which is really sad in my opinion, for a company in excess of $64.8 Billion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The frustrating thing is I’m spending close to 8 hours now (and more presumably due to how ridiculous this continues to be) dealing with this, ‘great difficulty’, instead actually doing work in my role at this school.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
