      <title>Revit 2021.1.3 Hotfix not installing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When installing the latest Revit 2021 hotfix (2021.1.3) the update starts and gets about a quarter way into the install I get this message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="2021-05-05_075634.png" style="width: 528px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/915531iF8AC0F694B380023/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="2021-05-05_075634.png" alt="2021-05-05_075634.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had to move our central server for the standards.&amp;nbsp; All Revit seats work fine with the new file locations but the hotfix will not install because the server path isn't there any longer.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't allow for a redirection either.&amp;nbsp; Any idea on how I can install this update and avoid this message?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This error indicates that the installer cannot locate something it needs to proceed based on the currently available settings.&amp;nbsp; Based on the fact that the error references the lookup tables folder, my first suggestion would be to check this setting in the following locations:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Using the Registry Editor, navigate to the&amp;nbsp;HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Revit\2022\RCL key and check the value of the&amp;nbsp;RVT_S_LOOKUPTABLES string.&amp;nbsp; If it still points to the old server, update it to reflect the current location of the lookup tables folder.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Using File Explorer, navigate to the&amp;nbsp;C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2021\UserDataCache folder, open the Revit.ini file with a text editor, and locate the&amp;nbsp;LookupTableLocation entry.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If it still points to the old server, update it to reflect the current location of the lookup tables folder.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony Michniewicz&lt;BR /&gt;Autodesk Release Engineer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The RCL registry key was added as part of the ongoing efforts to improve Revit content delivery.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I would not recommend deleting these values but would recommend updating them to reflect the correct paths.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not been able to reproduce the hotfix installation failure but I will investigate why these values are not updated to reflect in product changes to these paths, which are correctly written to the Revit.ini file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
