Streamer. Exe error when tryinf a new install

When trying to install fusion 360 on a fresh install of windows 8.1 i keep getting the streamer.exe error and the software wont install. Any suggestions?

Sure try the steps online in this article, its failing to load and preventing the installation process from proceeding, so you will have to make some adjustments to your settings.

Hi @natasha.l

Thank you for your response. I have tried the steps as listed below but i still get the streamer.exe error. The error code is 0x000007b, application is unable to start correctly.
