    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi David,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not expert in installation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But from the log file, it seems that installing ReCap Photo gives error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So can you try to uncheck "ReCap Photo"? Hopefully it succeed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, can you try to download and install using the link on my previous msg?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Recap Pro Fails to install</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Users,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried all day to install Recap Pro. It gets to about 20% then fails.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried custom installs, running as an admin... I have tried everything I can think of but no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The log file just says it failed to install the bundle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you try to download and install ReCap Pro 2022 from this page?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;May I know if you are able to see the following screen?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you have other Autodesk products installed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you send us screenshot of the failed installation and the log file?&lt;/P&gt;
