AutoCAD 2024 Markup Import and Replace functions are not work this week

I have a singer user subscription. Below functions are not work this week. Both of them are working as normal last week.

Markup Import function get "This feature is only available with an AutoCAD subscription, or may have been disabled by your administrator" pop up window.
Replace feature (_breplace command) get "Entitlement is not available or enabled." message.

Are you logged into your software? You should see your AutoCAD subscription license login name here

Yes, I signed in with account that has single user subscription.

Are there any changes on subscription? Because I found the above functions are not work in both AutoCAD 2024 and 2025.

Do Markup Import and Replace functions need some specific subscription now?

No, we all use them here in out offices in 2024-2025 daily with no issues at all.
Are you the account admin? They can remove or add access to these individually.
