Hello!

I've had my account for a while and from what i understand its an educational one seeing as I'm able to use AutoCAD 2021 without a problem.

I recently downloaded Revit 2021 and it seemed fine at first until I realized it was a trial version. When I try to activate it, it asks for a serial number which I did not received.

I thought my account had to re-confirm my eligibility but I see no option to do so on the site. All I see when I open the Education Community tab is, "Hi Jaycob! Your educational access to Autodesk is valid through--. Choose a product below."

Is there a way to fix this?

Go to education community site Student and Education Software | 1-Year License | Autodesk Education Community
Log in to your student account
Scroll to Revit and download 2021 (While logged in)
You will receive an email that you now have access to Revit 2021 <--- this is where ur account gets access to Revit 2021

You do not need to finish the download and you do not need to reinstall...just re-launch Revit 2021 which you have and switch license to Log In using user account

I've seen this issue with the 'valid through --' before and it seems to be an issue on Autodesk's side as if your license has expired, it stops you from renewing.
