      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've had my account for a while and from what i understand its an educational one seeing as I'm able to use AutoCAD 2021 without a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently downloaded Revit 2021 and it seemed fine at first until I realized it was a trial version. When I try to activate it, it asks for a serial number which I did not received.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought my account had to re-confirm my eligibility but I see no option to do so on the site. All I see when I open the Education Community tab is, "Hi Jaycob! Your educational access to Autodesk is valid through--. Choose a product below."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot (102).png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/955352i5DF97340B12B5389/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot (102).png" alt="Screenshot (102).png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a way to fix this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-Jaycob&lt;/P&gt;</description>
