Can't expand my student license for another year

Last year, I received an Autodesk Inventor student license, which was supposed to expire sometime in September. 30 days before that, a corresponding notification appeared in the program, I went to the website and made a request for an extension of the license, since I am still a student. My license was extended until the end of August 2022, judging by the site. But the trial period icon is still hanging in the program itself. Re-logging into the account did not help, I do not know what else to do.

Does it show as you having a license in here?
