Cant switch user type to single user - Script Error

I am trying to setup a new user. When I go to Manage License > Change License Type, then pick "Single User", I get this script error. They are not able to use the subscription account.

How do I get around this so the subscription account will work?

Inventor 2020.4.

Things I have tried.

1. Ran Inventor as admin.

2. Cleaned out the %temp% folder

3. Updated the Autodesk Licensing service to 11.0.0.4854.

Is there a solution for this other than reinstallation of Inventor?

I just had this again on a different system when trying to setup a new user.

This is getting old.
