Something felt like I was here before. I found the link here for the 2021 deployments.

Solved: Re: 2021 Deployment issues - Autodesk Community - Revit Products

In 2022 you have to edit the SETUP.ini file under your deployment name. Then it is buried way down in the folders here: image\RVT_2022_en-US\x64\RVT\PF64\Autodesk\Root\Setup

Edit the Setup.ini file in this location as Tony showed me in the link above. Now it works and you don't have to install all the content again and again.

Thanks

Hello,

I have a deployment for Revit 2022 and in the custom content path location section, I have our server location mapped. This is all good. The area I am referring to below.

When I run the deployment it wants to install the content over and over again.

Is there a way to stop it from copying, if content is already present? Or do you leave this blank and use the Revit.ini file to map to these locations in the deployment?

In the old deployment software/method it would prompt you that content was there and ask if it should overwrite. This new version doesn't have this as an option.

Thanks for the help.
