Expired Access Window always pops up upon opening autocad even after numerous times of renewing. The first time I renewed, the Expired Access Window still popped up so I waited for a day and once opened, it still popped so I tried renewing numerous times and the Expired Access Window still pops up once I opened autocad. What can I do to remove that window since I have renewed and it says that I am eligible? I am using a student account.

Hi @Anonymous,

Do you see AutoCAD 2022 listed in the products and services tab of https://manage.autodesk.com/ .

The first thing to try would be to click Get Product on AutoCAD on https://manage.autodesk.com/

This will ensure you have a license tied to your account and not one under a previous system that has expired.

If you still don't see a product in manage, let me know!

Hi @Anonymous,

That would explain why you couldn't access AutoCAD.

To fix this go to: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

Click the sign-in option next to 'Already have educational access?'

Follow the instructions to sign in then click Get Product on the AutoCAD tile, make sure to select 2022 as your version.

Hi @Anonymous,

You didn't need to uninstall in the first place but from now on your license is tied to your educational renewal date, so when you renew your access you get another year added to the license.
