After lunching AutoCAD Architecture, it freezes with a white rectangular box. I can only close it with task manager. Any thoughts on a solution?

I would want to say "Let it go" but can you try and turn off the hardware acceleration?

Please make sure you have updates are all installed.

You are using the certified video card and driver from the certified driver list.

Thanks. The identity manager needed to be installed. Without it the
software would stall (freeze).
