License Error 1

Hi! Im having problems installing Revit 2019 (student version) since when I give it to run or open once installed, I get a sign that says "License error 1". I looked within Autodesk support for how to fix it but the solution was not entirely clear to me. If you could help me, I would appreciate it since I need it to continue the course of a subject. It should be noted that I installed it on a laptop that I have and it works perfectly, but wanting to install it on the desktop does not work for me. From already thank you very much!
