Is there an issue with Revit 2019.2.4 update?

I've installed it now fresh on two machines and both cause Revit to crash on startup. Revit 2019 was installed fresh and then the 2.4 update. Oddly enough... when you launch Revit 2019 it takes very long time to pop the error report.

... turned out that in my case, I needed to disable our anti-virus software. Once I did and redid Autodesk install from clean state, 2019.2.4 updated and ran just fine.

There were some changes our IT staff made to anti-virus that I was not aware of. Typically I did not have to disable it.
