      <title>Autodesk Desktop Connector is not fully set up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The good old days are gone. Now i have to install 3 program to use one. Maybe two of these doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Autodesk Desktop Connector&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;is not fully set up (in ReCap Photo)! Someone had the same problem? I installed the newest version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Are you receiving an error?&lt;BR /&gt;Restart your PC and double-check log-ins/Account?&lt;BR /&gt;Log out of all Autodesk products and sign in only to Desktop Connector?&lt;BR /&gt;Log out of Desktop Connector, exit the application, relaunch, and sign in?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;RECAP forum is over here &lt;A href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/recap/ct-p/450" target="_blank"&gt;https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/recap/ct-p/450&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and might get you more relevant user experience replies (and solutions?) as it affects them the most, vs asking in the generic I&amp;amp;L forum that covers all tools and programs from Autodesk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;AND....&lt;BR /&gt;1. After uninstalling the application through the Control Panel, delete the following folders: &lt;BR /&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;USERNAME&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Desktop Connector&lt;BR /&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;USERNAME&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services\DesktopConnector&lt;BR /&gt;2. Delete the following registry keys (be advised that it is recommended to first export out or 'save' a copy of the current registry before deleting or modifying any keys):&lt;BR /&gt;HKEY_CURRENT_USER&amp;gt;SOFTWARE&amp;gt;Autodesk&amp;gt;Autodesk Desktop Connector&lt;BR /&gt;HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE&amp;gt;SOFTWARE&amp;gt;Autodesk&amp;gt;Desktop Connector&lt;BR /&gt;3. After the preceding items are removed, reboot the computer before reinstalling the application. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH</description>
