Revit 2022: Create offline installer + silent installation for viewer mode

Hello,

we would like to add a revit installation to PCs to provide occasionally needed viewing capabilities for revit files.

By navigating the autodesk website i just find a download for "Revit_2022_Ship_20210224_RTC_Win_64bit_di_ML_setup_webinstall.exe" . But this is just a automated online downloader/installer, i did see how i can create a offline installer with it.

Finally i would like to run a offline installer setup.exe with some parameters like -q to perform a silent install.

AFAIK the installed revit can be started with /viewer to run in view-only mode?

Any tips and pointers how to accomplish this would be helpful. TY!

thanks for the tip.

the download itself was not listed, but you can use the chatbot to ask/search for the download. you get 5 parts, 8.5GB.

the combination of install switches working to still see some progress but have it run unattended otherwise has been "--install_mode install --trial_mode --ui_mode basic ", but there is still one pop-up to accept some privacy protection regulation things. any clue how to get rid of it?

using " --offline_mode true" should also work now installing from the full download?

using "--offline_mode" or "--offline_mode true" the installer silently terminates. is that supposed to happen?
