Can't sign with my ID in Maya 2022

Some days ago i had to reinstall Maya for some reasons, but now every time i try to open it, i get this screen. While i have educational access, every single time i try to click on "Sign in with your Autodesk ID", it closes and absolutely nothing happens afterwards. I downloaded both latest versions of Autodesk Licensing Service and Single Sign On, but none of them seem to do anything. The Single Sign On shows me the following thing:

while the licensing service doesn't even do anything! I've tried completely uninstalling and re-installing Maya multiple times, still to no avail. Please help.

Hello @juruedam sorry to hear that. Try the following thing:

- check if you are logged to the Autodesk Desktop App, if you are, logout.

- go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing and run the uninstall.exe file. Let all files and folders disappear. This to uninstall the licensing service.

- from the link below download and install the licensing service v.11.1.1.17:

- go to C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services and delete the file LoginState.xml, this to clear the login cache.

Restart the computer and launch Maya, you will be prompted to login again.

Hello, i have the exaxt same issue, i did follow your method however it is not working : in fact i don't have autodesk service (- go to C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services and delete the file LoginState.xml, this to clear the login cache.) so i had nothing to delete. So after i relaunched i still cound'nt put my ID licence.

If you have any idea of what the problem is please let me know.
