Problem loading AcBrandRes.dll file in 2022

Hello

I tried to install and run AutoCAD 2022 but when starting up the following error occurs: Problem loading AcBrandRes.dll resource file. I followed the steps shown here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AcBrandRes-dll-error-and-fatal-event.html?_ga=2.76598999.332717455.1644484030-1405891941.1643633326

but the problem isn't solved. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice already and I don't know what else to do. Could anybody help me with that ?

If you make a new windows user account and start AutoCAD from the new user account , any changes ?

No, I have followed all the steps and apart from this solution i reinstalled it twice

I did that and it says the app is already installed and when I try to start it the problem shows up again
