Linked education license to wrong email/new account

Hey everyone,

I messed up while setting up my education license. When I clicked the link in the verification email, I accidentally created a brand new account instead of linking it to my old one where all my work is.

Now my student access is stuck on the new account, and I can't get it back to my main one. I still have access to both emails, and already tried changing the email of the account I created as the AI agent suggested. After doing this I just get a blank screen after filling in my info for the license.

I’ve tried talking to the chat assistant a bunch of times, but it just tells me I need an "Education Specialist" and then nothing happens. I've waited for hours and never get through to a real person.

Does anyone know how I can get this reset or merged? Or is there a way to actually connect to an agent?

Hi @oskar_lannoy, I think you already tried but you can contact the education support by clicking the Ask the Assistant button on this support page. When it's a busy time, no agents may be available to help you. If it happens, please come back later to see if anyone is available to help you.

Hello, how long should I be waiting after requesting an agent? I waited for 6 hours yesterday and never got connected to one.
