    <description>&lt;P&gt;You might have to taskkill the Explorer.exe and run a new Explorer.exe from Task Manager after making the registry change so that it reloads the key.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just a thought.&amp;nbsp; I have had success doing so.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As the title reads i cannot install or update any of my Autodesk apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to update i get this error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="jltw7PSW2_0-1759123513688.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1574568i7224E507630B462E/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="jltw7PSW2_0-1759123513688.png" alt="jltw7PSW2_0-1759123513688.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When downloading new programs i get this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="jltw7PSW2_1-1759123783468.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1574571i25E66D9CC680071A/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="jltw7PSW2_1-1759123783468.png" alt="jltw7PSW2_1-1759123783468.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything in this support article:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/An-operating-system-restart-is-pending-when-trying-to-install-AutoCAD-2024.html" target="_blank"&gt;"An operating system restart is pending" installing Autodesk products&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Creating a silent deployment for my apps did help me install Recap and Naviswork, but i stil cant update my apps, im assuming due to the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess it would be a workaround to uninstall and reinstall all apps when new Hotfixes are released, but this seems like a lot of work for something that should work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems to have started after upgrading my pc to Windows 11.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
