    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10762417"&gt;@mari.shimode&lt;/a&gt;. I have the same problem this page deals with; I followed your instructions but did not succeed in solving the problem. When contacting the education support, I am always redirected to the digital assistant, that doesn't solve anything. Could you please help me? I am really struggling as this is the third day I try everything and always fail. Please note that I have autodesk's confirmation mail about the successfull renewal of my educational plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After realizing that my educational AutoCAD subscription had expired, I attempted to renew it. However, when I try the same process for AutoCAD or Revit, I am redirected to a download page instead of a subscription submission page. I clicked on “installation” and downloaded the files, but the subscription has still not been renewed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
