Acad.lsp does not load with Civil3d 2012

I have an acad.lsp file I have used for years and now it will not load with Civil3d 2012

searched paths added Civil3d is finding it when you use (command"notepad"(findfile"acad.lsp"))

at the command line added to startup suite still does not bring in the functions

Any ideas. Our staff are losing productivity without this commands

found the issue one search path not loaded used the steps outlines here

http://lee-mac.com/autoloading.htmland the load command to check what was not loading
