Requirement serial number for AutoCAD 2020 Educational access.

Dear sir/madam

I have educational access for AutoCAD 2020 which is free for one year for multi users . I have installed AutoCAD 2020 on one computer and after installing it is asking serial key for activation.

So we need serial number for activate AutoCAD 2020.

Please do the needful

If I understand correctly, for a fresh new install you do not see a sign-in option but only the serial number option in the let's get started screen although on the Autodesk Accounts (manage.autodesk.com) page you have access for sign in. Is that correct?

In that case a Proxy/firewall might be blocking the URL's for subscription activation. To resolve the issue follow the steps from article below:

What do you show for your start up options? (please share a screenshot)

However if you look in your account manager, it should show your activation type - likely SIGN IN .. that would be via your Autodesk ID.

Autodesk has been moving away from serial numbers and going to named users
