Error 2738, impossible to install

I've been trying to install this for ages and every time I get the Error 2738. I've looked around on these forums and tried uninstalling Content Service with Revo Uninstaller, but then the installer for AutoCad tells me I might not have enough priveleges to install it again.

I really urgently need this program, is there anyone who can help fix this problem?

there is a command prompt that appears "This microsoft fix does not apply to your operating system or application version"
