We received confirmation from our reseller (CDW) of the license fee addition and uninstalled the software from the user who previously was using the license. After attempting to setup the network license server, we're stuck as we currently are unable to retrieve the license file after following the documentation on Autodesk's support site here:&nbsp;<A href="http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-obtain-a-Network-License-File-from-Autodesk.html" target="_blank">http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-obtain-a-Network-License-File-from-Autodesk.html</A></P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>After entering the serial number, no option to retrieve a license file is available. It displays the word "Product Information" and nothing following that "Product Information line" - no option to select the network server type or enter the hostname or ID. Is there a step I'm forgetting somewhere?
