In User Management by User i want to add users from csv but i have

There seems to be something wrong with the file

Please check the file type or format and upload again.

where is problem ?

I've encountered the exact same issue. A shame it's not more verbose in its error reporting. I've also attached my csv

When I export users to a .csv file, the format is not quite as described in the manual. It has this header:

team_alias,first_name,last_name,email,autodesk_id,role,account_status,offering_name,product_name

So I'm not sure what the deal is? I would create a service request.

I looked at that as well. That is unrelated though to the import issues one might have.

I managed to fix the problem for me: the issue occurred when using Firefox. When using Edge it worked flawlessly.

This worked for me as well. I switched to Chrome. An hour of my life troubleshooting I'll never get back.

Thank you for this insight. I was using Firefox and it was returning the same cryptic "something is wrong" error. Using the exact file in Edge worked the first time.
