Issue downloading application

Hi,

I have been having issues trying to download the application. Every time I tried to download the application I get the following message on the top of the webpage in red "Apologies for the delay. The system is currently experiencing a problem. We’re working hard to resolve the issue. Please try again later." Is it an AutoCad issue or an issue on my end?

The live chat agent directed me to this forum to get help in resolving the issue.

Where are you downloading from?
Try this automated page too https://ava.autodesk.com/modular/

Hi Pendean, I am downloading it via https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/

But I am encountering this problem every time I tried to download and it have been over 2 weeks already.

And if you already registered with Autodesk for EDU licenses, there is your Accounts Page too https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/all

There are also direct links posted in several topics in this very forum you are posting in to get your software too, try a search.
