About softwares for institutions

Hi
I know that Autodesk have a program for institutions. We can apply and use free softwares or suites but first Autodesk evaluate them.
Any idea how long it takes, the evaluation?
The educational license is for three years?

We can download several softwares?
The softwares have all the functions an commands, like educational license for students?
