&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can't combine your autodesk licenses with the licenses from another company. You only combine mulitple licenses files of Autodesk products together. You will want to install the Autodesk license server in addition to&amp;nbsp;the matlab server and setup a seperate license service with a different name from the matlab for autodesk. As long as they are trying to operating on the same port number they can both be running on the system at the same time without conflict. Here's a setup guide if needed.&lt;/P&gt;
