Installing BDSP 2016 and 2015 - network license - use same S/N and product key?

Hi,

my company has recently bought a network license of Building Design Suite Premium 2016 with a third-party HVAC application for Revit. This application doesn't work on Revit 2016 just yet, so I was told to install BDSP 2015 until then. We have a network+maintenance subscription, so I understand that this is included. But which serial number and product key should I use when installing? When trying to use the same as for the 2016 version, I get an error with the product key. See attached image.

I've read this page: Understanding Previous Version support for Autodesk Point products, and the license file on our server already contains "[...]BDSPRM_2015_0F", but I don't understand how this can help if I'm not able to install BDSP 2015 in the first place.

Hi @ErlendBAusterheim and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

You should be able to activate the product using the same serial number and the product key for the 2015 version, which can be found on this page.

I tryed both p/k for 2015 and 2016
what can be the problem?
