2023 network deployment help

Hello I work at a school district and want to create a network deployment for AutoCAD 2023, Inventor 2023, and 3DS Max 2023. I have downloaded the installers and received emails with the serial # and keys for each installer.

However to create a network deployment I believe I need to generate a license file for each product, and then combine them into a combined license file? I previously created network deployments for the 2019 version of each of these products and I believe I had to contact Autodesk for help the last time. Is the process the same for the 2023 version?

I've been doing searches to try and figure out how to get the license files. Some articles suggest I go to manage.autodesk.com and generate the files there. However the products don't show up in my account at the management page.

Some articles suggest I go to registeronce.autodesk.com however it gives me an error saying my session timed out, or it will just fail to load the page with a 404, or it will just load a blank page. I've tried multiple browsers. It seems like the register once page just doesn't work.

I talked to AVA the support chat bot and it opened a ticket with Autodesk Support for me. But I haven't heard back yet. Is there anything else I can do?

Thank you for your time. I appreciate any help provided.

https://registeronce.autodesk.com/prodreg still works for me. Do you still have network licenses that require updated .LIC files using LMTOOLS?

If so, the best method to properly combine your license files, please read my entire thread here and choose the method that best fits your needs:

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Installation-Licensing/Combining-License-Files-for-Subscription-and-Non-Subscription/td-p/3099128

Keep me posted.

The website is working today and I was able to log in and register my products. I now have the license files I need.

Thank you for your guide on combining the license files. I should be all set now.
