Dear Sirs! My PC was running the student version of Autocad 2016 and worked wonderfully. But with the computer the crash occurred and many programs lost. Autocad stopped working and wrote on the screen that there is no file AcGe20.dll and suggested to reinstall the program. I realized that I need to erase the old program and install a new one, but didn't erase it, so as he wrote that there is no this file AcGe20.dll.I decided to install all over again, but Autocad shows that everything is already installed. Tell me, please - what to do? Thanks in advance.

Good day! Using the program Mix.it has been cleaned and uninstalled the program, cleaned the registry, but now it won't install, as it writes that the file is missing vc_red.msi... Where can I download it and what is it?

Results were achieved only by reinstalling Windows.

Many thanks, especially to Ryan713.

The problem is solved.
