&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you are having issues, could you try performing a &lt;A href="http://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/installation-activation-licensing/get-ready/remove-products/clean-uninstall" target="_self"&gt;clean uninstall&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;of the 2011 and then reinstalling the 2016, as you no longer need the 2011.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
