      <title>Issues with downloading Vault Pro 2023 files.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone please take a look and fix this. I thought it might be a problem just last week but it's still happening today and I can't install Vault Professional with ANY download method from manage.autodesk.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rather a hassle..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I download the volumes, I get both but when trying to extract it still says one is missing (looks like the second half fails)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If using the classic download now, you get this error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="BDCollett_0-1656282466049.png" style="width: 600px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1084338i5B690D0A82020CBA/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="BDCollett_0-1656282466049.png" alt="BDCollett_0-1656282466049.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not an isolated issue as far as I can tell.       <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for reporting it. if you are saying Vault Professional Server 2023 English,&amp;nbsp; I didn't encounter the issue and can download them from &lt;A href="https://manage.autodesk.com," target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://manage.autodesk.com,&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and extracted the 2 files: VPS2023_ENU_64bit_dlm_001_002.sfx.exe and&amp;nbsp;VPS2023_ENU_64bit_dlm_002_002.sfx.exe&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. please make sure double click the&amp;nbsp;00&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;_002.sfx.exe file to extract the 2 files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. try to delete the Vault Professional Server 2023 folder from&amp;nbsp;C:\Autodesk\ if there is it, and re-extract the file again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. if you are still facing the problem. delete the 2 exe files and re-download them and check if it could solve the issue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and also refer to below links to see if they can help you&lt;/P&gt;

Yes Vault Professional 2023 English.&lt;BR /&gt;Did you try and execute the files after downloading? This is when they fail. I had no problem actually downloading the two files as normal. I have done this numerous times.&lt;BR /&gt;Both are there, both look the right size but "ERROR Product download consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not been downloaded yet"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Like I said, it fails with both methods and not just from a single location or computers. Unless it is only a problem on my account, which would be odd.&lt;BR /&gt;I have been forced to find a old version that I had downloaded previously and use that fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The manage.autodesk.com website is also VERY slow.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please investigate a little bit further. There is something not right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;see from the file size of them 002_002, it's a little diff with the correct one 1,536,495. could you please try download the sfx file through the "Browser download" way from "Classic view" of&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services" target="_blank"&gt;https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services? as show in below picture.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can also use the download links to get those 2 SFX files directly. I sent them to you in private message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
