If you are under Subscription, then you do not need to do this. You can simply activate your home PC under the home-use license benefit of Subscription. I would avoid the LTU since it rarely ever works correctly.

Dear Autodesk,

I am trying to use Autodesk License Transfer Ulility, to move my Autodesk Structural Bridge Design license from my office computer (windows 7) to home computer (windows vista). At the point of importing the license, the software is returning the following error message; 'Your online activation request has returned an error (800c0005) which is not allowing your request to be processed using our automated systems.

What could be wrong? And how can go about this?

Regards,

Isaac Ogolla
