Pedro, estou com o mesmo problema usando a licença de educador. O suporte técnico não resolveu. Parece que não está instalando o servidor de licenças e isso está impedindo a instalação de continuar.

I have the same problem using the educator license. Technical support did not resolve the issue. It appears that the license server is not being installed and this is preventing the installation from continuing.

The error translates to something like "Unable to determine the version of network license manager due to an unknown error". What kind of license do you use? Is this Educational?

"Cannot install This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for Autodesk <product>. We are unable to determine the version of your Network License Manager due to an unknown error." when installing an Autodesk product

i resolv intalling Latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Version 64bits for my computer:
